Weapon regulations for the City of Plexus

1.1 Weapon and Armor regulations
As Gateway to the West, the city of Plexus is a melting pot of cultures and peoples that have come together in the interests of trade and commerce. Because of this, regulations have been established by the authorities to minimize conflict when disagreeing cultures converge and for the safety of the general citizenry.

To the general citizen and visitor, the regulations regarding weapons and armor are very simple.

  1. Only light simple weapons are allowed to be worn inside the city walls. All other weapons must be carried in luggage, packs or similar containers. (A Quiver of Saluwe is considered an acceptable container)
  2. No medium or heavy amour or shields may be worn inside the city walls.
  3. Legionnaires and ex-legionnaires may openly carry their gladius and wear their lorica segmentata.
  4. Two flintlock pistols are permissible if legally owned. Rifles must be stowed.
  5. Clerics, Priests or Holy Champions of the Mother Church may apply for a permit to be allowed to wield the weapon of their deity.
  6. Resident Patricians, Coryan nobles and visiting nobles may apply for a permit to arm a personal retinue of bodyguards.
