To see the Quartermaster, Archon, you must descend to sub-basement level 7 on the hyper-elevator. The ride is quite exhilarating as a feeling of weightlessness overtakes you. When you reach sub-basement level 7 and follow the signs for the Quartermaster through several corridors, you reach Archon’s office relatively quickly. Archon is a state-of-the-art AI, and doles out equipment in an impersonal, meticulous manner. No amount of diplomacy will be able to breach Archon’s programming, and the equipment list below is all he is authorized to allow for requisition.
For more complete information on what is considered Standard equipment and what is Restricted equipment, please refer to the most recent version of the Living Dragonstar Campaign Manual (LDSCM). The equipment provided will not consist of Robotic Upgrades or anything magical.
Each Active Duty PC may select one (and only one) of the following options:
Table A: Available Items purchasable by the PCs at the end of the module
Table B: Available Items not purchasable by the PCs
* There is only one of each of these options available for the mission. For example, once one person requisitions a grenade launcher, there will be no others available. Similarly, once one person chooses to obtain two grenades per party member, that option will no be longer be available for further players.
All requisitioned equipment MUST be returned to the RBL following the mission unless the character is able to purchase them at the end of the module. Refusal to hand over requisitioned equipment means that the character will be stripped of his Active Duty status (and any benefits, ranks, etc., that are dependant on that), and the equipment will be removed by force whether or not the character wishes to. The RBL will not punish characters that legitimately lose equipment in the line of duty, although habitual carelessness will make such requisitioning less likely in the future.
The ASW and Hellfire Revolver are described in Imperial Supply.
